Confirming your place

Your place is confirmed only after we send written confirmation and receive the payment or deposit stated in your booking note.

What we confirm first

Before payment, we will share the retreat dates, location, room arrangement, inclusions, exclusions, total price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms.

Guest information

Please share relevant dietary, accessibility or health information that may affect your participation. Zenescape experiences support wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical care.

Changes

Minor itinerary changes may be made for weather, facilitator availability, safety or the needs of the group. We will communicate material changes promptly.
