refund policy

At Zenescape, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We’ve created this policy to be fair, transparent and respectful—for you and for the commitments we make with our partners.

If you need to cancel

15 days or more before the retreat

100% refundYou are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

10–15 days before the retreat

50% refundYou will receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be adjusted towards your next Zenescape retreat.

7–10 days before the retreat

50% deductionCancellation will be subject to a 50% deduction. The remaining amount will be adjusted towards your next Zenescape retreat.

7 days or less before the retreat

No refundUnfortunately, no refund will be possible due to commitments with our property, facilitators, transport partners and other vendors.

If Zenescape cancels the retreat

In the rare event that we need to cancel the retreat due to severe weather, landslides, natural disasters, safety concerns, government restrictions or any other major unforeseen reason, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Payment & seat confirmation

To confirm and fully secure your seat, 100% payment of the retreat amount must be completed at least 7 days before the retreat. Seats will be released if full payment is not received within this timeline.
